While the RentRedi's loaded with various toggles/buttons and affordable given the all-you-can-eat pricing, the interface is still very elementary and lacking in usability/design, which is often overlooked as a key determinant of whether your team actually adopts and fully leverages powerful management solutions like these.

I would say that the value he brings is finding the deals, doing an initial diligence, having a local team set up for renovations/repairs/property management as well as knowledge of the neighborhood.

And also on the soccer team.

You could also go work as a buyers agent on a top producers team and do closings that way.

It's just what does that really mean.I was a part of a team that managed a big brand for a large tech company.

They should also be able to connect you with some local resources to help you build your teams out as well. 

I love working with their agents and financing team, yes, they are not the cheapest one but I've found good deals with them ( since then I bought more properties) and a good deal it's all you need.

If you choose to purchase from a turnkey provider or build your own team, don't be swayed into cheaper areas.
