Hey everyone, I’m just curious if any of you have any good links to blogs about saving money on food costs for a family.

With a house hack you buy a single family and rent out rooms to roommates to make money OR a small mult-family (2-4 units) and rent out the other apartment(s).

I do know of the physician loans, I am also a veteran so I have the VA loan, and I was also looking at the FHA loans, but can anyone give me any insight that will help me get into a multi family with the salary situation I’m in?

In terms of scaling to three to four multi-family properties, you could really start using the equity that you do have to your advantage. 

In my experience apt. conversions from single family are more prone to noise transmission. 

Commercial RE is a bit more strict than the residential market which has more options available due to flexible housing regulations in place to make it easier for people to buy their primary residence.1) Family and friends.
