Discount Brokerages are LOOSING market share not gaining.

I went nuclear when I heard that one.. 44 years of selling real estate never heard of hey we cant talk to you for 60 to 90 days.. this got people all charged up like they were in some exclusive club and lucky to just get an appointment.. classis bait and switch type techniques.. nothing here was Random from Morris this is extremely well conceived and pulled out all the stops in regards to high pressure sales tactics. 

When I signed up with Gator, the first step is signing up with PCS to get LLC and things set up and I got a HUGE discount to use their services (another benefit of gator).

I wouldn't discount that credit report.

A few of them seem somewhat spammy to me (e.g. people constantly posting about properties they're selling at a discount) and not much helpful advice. 

Just a few other tips - you can increase your weekly and monthly discounts. 

I’ve learned a lot from BiggerPockets and am eager to apply that knowledge to build relationships with investors looking for great deals.Right now, I’m focused on finding cash buyers who are interested in discounted properties.

Cruz seems to focus more on seller financing which seems to be limited as a lot of sellers don’t offer this.  90 day rental road map focuses on private funding with exclusive lenders for their students that will fund 100 percent of the deals.
