I think the engineering issues on them have been resolved.I've used a number of different brands (lower price point) and haven't had issues with any of them.

The buyers did a long inspection, multiple days... made a huge request for concessions based on what we knew to be purely made-up issues.

I understand this is not a requirement, but I have never received a damaged unit from an inherited tenant or any legal issues.

If using a private/HML loan for the first part of the BRRRR, you'll want to understand the terms and conditions and timing so that there's not an issue when you refi.

Issue:  computer-generated random phone numbers for outgoing calls. 

There are cheaper one’s in D/F areas but I would be careful as those can create a laundry list of additional issues.
