You will want to take this responsibility seriously, as when a claim arises, your phone will be ringing.  

I don't think the sheriff will do anything without an eviction having been processed which it doesn't sound like is necessary here.As for the cameras, I think Ring is probably your best bet.

With NAR failed to protect their industry (aka monopoly) then the new form of industry would be created with emphasis in efficiency, transparency, competitiveness and innovation. it's good ear for buyer/seller like us lol

In terms of cameras i just use ring and then yes you need to have an internet connection with wifi provider doesn't matter just get enough speed.
