I am guessing the system uses an algorithm that looks at who's already in the thread, who you've replied to or sent messages in the past, and then perhaps the entire user data base, etc. to drive how soon it finds / suggests a user to display.Once the user's picture / name is displayed under the text box, click on it and it will appear the point in your post you are at and you can type the balance of the message.This may not be as good an explanation a more experienced user could provide but it's where I've gotten by trail and error.  

Some counties have a searchable address database that will display owner's names.

You can create as many notes as you like but the default note always is on top and is displayed in the box.

@Kyle WagnerI am by no means an expert- but what I have seen displayed for me through my mentor, team lead and broker is to build your core people.

Otherwise, "riff raff" shows up and starts walking my property, creeping out my other tenants.I circumvent Zillow's need to display the address by using the unit number as the property number, e.g. 1R Main Street 1R. 

You're more so displaying your character and competence, if they've known you for a while they may already know how competent you are.
