We just listed 2 units from our recent triplex acquisition and this time around I did a few things differently:Because I don't have a professional wide angle lens, I used my GoPro to take pictures and I thought the results were quite good.Also like usual I listed the property on Zillow Listing Manager(Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads) and Cozy.co (Realtor.com, Doorsteps.com) and Craigslist.

@Tyler Witkowski Personally, this deal wouldn't be good from my lens. 

They can file a notice or lens pendens on it, but are they willing to pay off the bank in order to sell it? 

Valuing it through the lens of a "user premium" won't cut it.

The new construction market (at least in my area) is booming so I may be seeing things from a different lens than most, but I believe things will pick back up next year as they seem to normally do.

@Lucas CarlIt's not the camera that takes a good picture, it's the person behind the lens. 

That fisheye lens or panoram you are using distorts the room sizes. 

Most the stuff I do , i have to look at it through a different lens.  

I love the condo, and at the time, I was certainly not looking at it through the lens of an investor.

I stage and I have a camera with a wide angle lens and take the photos myself.
