This type of behavior triggers numerous phone calls to their Quota and after a while, they will begin to see the threats. 

Pics of the vehicle, pics of him, and if he lays down any sort of personal threat like, "I'm gonna (whatever)" you're on the phone to the police immediately.The only thing I would add is that you should probably send your husband in alone for this one, or have him go with a male friend. 

You have options but threating to sure him is not a viable one. 

If they are crazy or potential threats, I would arm myself and hope for the opportunity to beat them at a gun fight.

There is student housing surrounding it and I see that as a threat to the student community.

I mean Amazon is probably mostly doing future expansion outside of this area because of the long term threat this stuff proposed.

I am not a fear monger but what happens if there is a cyber attack, or EMP that prevents us from accessing that money. 

Anyone reputable will be worried about that threat and anyone not worried about that won't do enough work to get more money out of you.

If you still owe them a lot and maybe they want to foreclose on you and sell or auction the property, they aren't going to profit much from that situation since they are still owed (say 70%)@Jason Dillard I like your way of seeing threats and advantages from both sides!

I could have put security measures in place during the previous renters' stay, but I've no doubt they would have made good on their threats to stab me in the back, etc.
