Pics of the vehicle, pics of him, and if he lays down any sort of personal threat like, "I'm gonna (whatever)" you're on the phone to the police immediately.The only thing I would add is that you should probably send your husband in alone for this one, or have him go with a male friend.

If you still owe them a lot and maybe they want to foreclose on you and sell or auction the property, they aren't going to profit much from that situation since they are still owed (say 70%)@Jason Dillard I like your way of seeing threats and advantages from both sides!
