The North East side of Long Beach is kind of cookie cutter especially where it is adjacent to Lakewood.  

That seems so jury-rigged I am inclined to believe some big campaign donor billionaire (or two) pulled a few string to get congress to put that law in place.

I've also been able to differentiate the price points between cookie cutter remodels with the standard stainless/granite finishes compared to those with finer details, wainscoting/crown/carrera baths etc.

Flips lend better to cookie cutter type houses.

Here is the problem, just as there is no cookie cutter one size fits all way to buy a property.  

What are your secrets for supplying everything from king size beds to pizza cutters and everything in between, without breaking the bank? 

The rig with the crimp rings on it had a minor leak around one fitting, and the SharkBite fittings, although not leaking, had moved out about 1/8" up the line from where they started.

Its a big job grinding(diamond cutters), patching, polishing(finer diamond cutters), staining and sealing a concrete floor.I could see it in a converted warehouse setting with open floor plan, sandblasted heavy timbers, and painted industrial ductwork, etc.
