Feel like I’m at a chicken before the egg thing, but do I find realtors/property managers first, or after I find a property that looks favorable?

to rent your average small jet is about 4000 to 5000 and hour.. to own it would be low side 2000 to 3500 and hour.. this includes the chicken  guts feathers and all !...  

The best solution for us was to lay chicken wire down and cover it with cedar chips.

My thought is that with the new Dollar General and PetSmart Distribution Centers, the Chicken factory in Fredericksburg, etc, that there should be people looking for housing in the area.
