FF is a must have in almost all markets but needs be used and thought of correctly as Allen and Miguel noted.

(many contractors are going to bite off more than they can chew and communication will be key).

I have read a number of articles and books about the BRRRR method.  It is "marketed" as a way to scale up quickly, but I had a question regarding the method. 
It seems, obviously, that the method is strong...

Am I correct that a condo, depending on area and neighborhood, could be a lower risk/maintenance investment for an absentee landlord as opposed to other properties?
