Hello again, I like robust conversation.

I will definitely rescrub and see where I can add more robust processes and maybe even automated ways to increase the communication with tenants and owners.

My major concerns are the ability to intergrate with a website, robust reporting, great customer usability.

Then you will have to go to the property and review the footage if you suspect there was a problem.The great thing about having an internet connection is you can get real time motion alerts and you can log into your camera feed and see if someone was breaking into your place and call the police to catch them instead of handing them a video after the fact and hope they can find them.Either way I use a more robust system than the plug in play wifi cameras that are sold at Sam's or Walmart.I use  Digital Watchdog software running on a laptop and DW cameras.

you already live in a state were investors buy.. not sure why U would wonder about.SC in Charleston particular is very robust.. however do check prop tax's  the play there is LEGAL air bnband student housing..

For a little while I was disappointed to see that the market was dealing with current events fairly robustly and wondered if I made a mistake.
