Complement the seller on the features of the home you like and what improvements you'd like to make to the property.

We use both strategies depending on our needs, as they have different objectives that complement eachother.

For me, it is just an occasional deal to complement other business, nothing that can be counted on as a revenue stream of its own.  

You'll learn a ton and really start creating passive income streams to complement any active income things you like to do.
