I have compassion, but it is just impossible for a landlord to filter the good from bad.

USAA participate in consumer fraud along with their business partner seedcapital.com known as Seed Consulting LLC base in Nevada.seedcapital.com is dishonest of raising capital for their clients through their business partner USAA and many other banks who participate in consumer fraud such as BBVA Compass, Citi Bank, Bank Of America, Barclay, Chase and Capital One by filling out false information online consumer credit application and using false Business Projected Income as Stated Income in the consumer house hold annual income to allow for the client to get a high credit limits for start ups .

You OWE it to your clients if you're going to serve them with any kind of vigor and compassion. 

When your a small landlord with a hand full of units there is nothing wrong with compassion for a tenant.
