I absolutely love volunteer opportunities for this reason.Do you have any talents like photography or another skill that you can hone to supplement your income while you work these other means?

I use cold calling to supplement some of my direct-mail - the leads are pretty good.

I would like to supplement my FT corporate income with this method of real estate investing.

I'm hoping that this would supplement some of my income so I can be more and more selective with what projects that I want to do in my business and allow me more time to do more creative work. 

They provided other supplemental income documentation, but since the income is from a side job, the total differs from month to month. 

If the main complaints are limited to battery life, I think I'm going to give these a whirl and report back.I was going to get the Ring Pro but at the time I got mine, people complained on Amazon that the Pro needed a supplemental power supply installed.

Could we use outside income to supplement the S Corp?

I understand that we have our own risk tolerances, but it seems impossible for us to invest in rental properties that generate supplemental income because of a low-risk tolerance.Perhaps it's a big picture discussion and there will need to be compromises from both sides but I wanted to see if anyone else has had to educate/convince their spouse of the benefits of rental properties.Thanks for your insight.
