@Iris Olivas Most local banks/credit unions can do this deal with lower fees and potentially rates than brokers.

The lender rep or broker you are working with should be able to walk you through each step so you have a firm understanding of what has to happen in order to get your file to closing. 

It will give you a lower interest rate on both properties because you bought them as owner occupants, and it will require less down payment to get into.
