A prospective renter told me a horror story about the trailer she reneted four 5 yrs. 6 mos. ago she found out that there may have been a meth lab there some time, so she had it tested and the chemical levels were outrageous.

I would try the chemicals first.

As a matter of fact, I consider it "assault and battery with a deadly chemical substance."

Maybe its the chemicals I breath from the chem trails Monsanto puts in the air?

We've had bottle caps, other metal objects, paper (its not a shedder, but some don't get that concept and thing anything can go in the disposal)  bottles, dirty diapers, non disposable wiped, female product, paint, motor oil, chemicals, gasoline, trupentine, paint thinner, kerosine........

I even cleaned the house with chemicals that I purchased from a commercial janitorial company that are supposedly used to clean bio-hazard (death sites)........still didn't do the trick.

So I want to preface this post with that fact that I am very nerdy (Chemical Engineering degree).

Is it real stucco or the fake synthetic stuff.

Sump pumps usually carry groundwater (clean) back out of the house - not dirty soapy chemical water.

Same thing with Chemical Bank up here they are slow and delay the process.
