i just found a forclosure a 3 br 2 ba house for obly 60k comps in the area range from 130k all the way up to 300k only problem is the unfinished basement walls are covered in mold going up the stairs and up the wall in the living room right beside the stairs.

I should hire a contractor for more extensive repair/rebuild of balconies and stairs.3.

Intercoms with the door buzzer thingy.Especially for young people because:A) - they hate to go out and buy stuff they prefer it all arrives at their door in a big brown truckandB) when their stuff does arrive in the big brown truck they hate just a much having to answer the door or go down the stairs to let the guy in and to retrieve their stuff.They basically want to be able to order bubble bath from their bath and have it delivered right to them there in the tub.Adding the intercom/buzzer system if not already there does justify an nice rent bump come renewel time.

No idea how the paint is underneath, the exposed clapboards inside the rear porch are not peeling.There are replacement vinyl windows.Newer back stairs to the back yard - that's all that has balusters.

Holy stairs, 15 stairs just to get to the stairs to the porch, then stairs to get to the only bathroom on the second floor with both the bedrooms, laundry in the basement.

I still need to reach out to the county and see what’s allowed, but either install interior stairs, or build a kitchen in the basement.

Prior to placing the building in service, M pays amounts to repair cement steps, refinish wood floors, patch holes in walls, and paint the interiors and exteriors of the building.

I recently purchased a house in Woodstock, IL, that is in need of some minor work (repair exterior 2 story wood stair, replace dryer gas line, replace old window casements, etc.). 

If the siding is cement based asbestos siding,  going over it with vinyl would likely cause breakage leading to a hazard.
