Are you leaning toward a quick sale so you can focus on Oregon, or do you see potential in holding onto this Florida home as a cash flow play?

I very much have a long term play and "don't care" about the cash flow immediately, but obviously I don't want them to negative. 

Main thing I would think of if you are targeting families are things like pack and plays, cribs, gamerooms for kids, etc. as well.

This is where my mistake comes into play.

There are so many plays to run in this game I don't have time to type them all.
