Quick side note: to answer your lender question, some lenders have put renovation lending on the back burner due to COVID, but the renovation expert lenders are still doing them!

You can still keep the oil burners but will need a new spot to put an above ground tank.

My repairs are usually a clogged toilet or a burner not working.

So I’m starting with wholesaling but my long terms goal is to have wholesaling just be a back burner strategy because if I find a good deal, but maybe have too many things on my plate, I still want to be able to act on it, and just make less profit than the full flip.   

A range can cost $500 for a basic one from Home Depot to $10k for a viking 6 burner, etc.  

You can always ask for more time from the seller if you need it to close the deal, but asking for professionals to take the time to (do what exactly) is not very fruitful and it's something they MAY put on the back-burner.

I knew I wanted to continue in real estate investment but back burnered it for a bit (what was I thinking??).

@Neil Beeharry if you take one unit off the oil burner, that oil burner will be oversized for one unit.

But maybe for the next week or 10 days, put it on the back burner and concentrate on having a good holiday instead.

He became very busy with his other business so this house was put on the back burner.
