It had bullet holes, no outside HVAC unit and the copper plumbing underneath had been liberated.  

I've had many different scenarios played out, worst being getting a writ of possession from the Sheriff and them showing up in bullet proof jackets, drilling out the lock on the door only to get inside to have dog feces/urine 1" thick throughout the entire home! 

Quick question, I am looking at a rental in NH (where I grew up and my family and friends are) but I’ve had a few people tell me that you cannot evict tenants in the winter time and if you get bad tenants you have to bite the bullet until spring.... seems like bull but since a few different people have told me I’m now curious.

Seems a lot of investors are wanting 4-Plex properties, when some may be better off pulling the trigger on a detached SFD/ house which could be a better use of the 1st time buyer "Silver Bullet" VA loan  

Buying out of state is still intimidating but we are ready to bite the bullet!

We bit the bullet and cleaned house (can you afford to?)

@Louis Vaughn if you can house hack the property that would be great strategy. bight the bullet and deal with FHA if that's what you need to do. 

Anything I can do short of blighting the bullet and doing it myself?
