Oh, can you guys also post the emails that you email to fsbos and landlords when browsing through the ads on these sites for leads?

Hi Tony, I was browsing through some older posts, and I came across this one.

Eventually I wouldnt mind owning a hotel, or even casino somewhere down the road.

This bothers me as it is akin to buying/selling stocks or putting $100 on red or black at the casino.

The only way to make money over the long haul with Casinos is to simply own one.Poker is a good way to make money, because you aren't playing the house, you are playing others.

I have browsed this site and think it is great.

I was waffling on beginning my real estate investing, you know, finding one excuse or another not to just do it; after browsing this site I realized that I would probably never feel completely prepared so the most appropriate thing to do is to jump in with both feet!

The prices are not outrageous and there is a lot of planned construction going on including casinos.
