I enjoyed what I did building cool bridges and hotels, but I was not too fond of the daily in and our grind.Jumping ship has brought bigger challenges, but I am happier tackling them with people I love working with.With respect to real estate & being a landlord, it's honestly something I do NOT ENJOY that much either (dealing with HOAs, repairs, vacancy, etc.)...unless you can buy properties and completely offload the property management, which was and is hard for me to do with my scarcity mindset. 

For illustration purposes, here's a fresh example that was brought to me: 95% seller financed  for 3 years I/O at 6% for a 30 door hotel.

There was an extensive article written about this last year that I posted on this forum when the same exact topic was brought up.

If a lender violates this provision and does not correct the violation when it is brought to the lender’s attention, the lender may be subject to significant penalties.

Cheers...HI Brent, You brought up a good point, why not put every extra dollar into pricipal only payments?

The tenant made the point to say it will be a difficult task to find new housing in 4 weeks and brought up the idea that the courts would likely let them stay longer.

The Success Path didn't feel good I mean don't get me wrong the seminar gave up some good information but by me being experienced in real estate some things they explained just weren't true and I can see how you lost your money because they do not explain the process clearly that's why I didn't invest right away I am suppose to tomorrow but finding your message brought clearly to me what I had felt sitting in that seminar.

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

Its what get's you deals brought to you, its what gets capital flowing in your direction, and ultimately what creates success.
