This is a partnership deal with 3 of my friends, one of which is a contractor/handyman, the other has dealt in REI in the past but has been out of it since the mid 80's, the other is a real estate apraiser with 25 yrs in that field, and I'm a licensed arborist/ horticulturist to deal with the outside end of things. between the 4 of us we are hoping we can handle a few projects and make things work. For now our primary intention is to flip distressed homes but ultimately maybe we could do some renting as well...I've/we've got lots of questions but I'll try to post them in the appropriate areas of the forum...Thanks in advance for any info you're willing to share. For what its worth I'm 43 yrs. young, happily married to my beautiful bride for 15 yrs.
