FYI Reifax also does demos/training sessions to help you get acclimated with their software.

There are networking sessions but no sales pitches, it is strictly education.  

. - We do a Q & A session at the end and answer all the questions that are asked As you're raising money I highly recommend this simple approach as I've personally seen a benefit and confident you will too. 

Vote that night to hire professional management company. 6) In the mean time, don't expect much by the way of meetings, data and budgets. 7) Board decisions cannot be made via email and board meetings need to be publicized to the owners (the sunshine law) unless you the board is in executive session. 8) Any savvy buyer will see that the board members are serving the same positions, that there are no minutes, no reserve studies, no audits, no financials, etc. that's if this lady responds to an agent or buyer with a resale certificate!

Through week by week sessions it helped me get my goals and finances in order and headed in the right direction and change my mindset on investing.While it was expensive I am at least getting extra satisfaction as I am 'coaching' a couple of friends based on what I learned with my own added twist from other books, experiences, etc (yesterday was week 2).

Anybody is welcome, we're just hoping to expand the local network and explore interest in recurring sessions.  

Would love to attend the next Buffalo session.
