I suggest you sell all your real estate and go buy bitcoin.

There are billionaire real estate owners in the big cities of India - the real estate quality is actually quite poor. 

Ultimately, I would like to be financially free and become a multi-millionaire/billionaire, but I hope to my my first million in the next 5 years if possible.  

If this person thinks there time is worth $10,000 per day/per student then why are they even bothering doing this class when they must be a billionaire if their time is worth that kind of money.  

BANKS use that principle themselves, and just ask any Billionaire: did you only ever use your own cash?
