You will be loving life when fast forward 6 years you can attend every sporting event, school meeting, play, etc. because of the freedom your real estate provides.  

The first downfall is the employee taxes and benefits, but is there any other negatives.My thought is to establish a construction company separate to the investment company, but right now it would be just departmentalized.

Airbnb isn't disclosing the issue in bold print for their supposedly much beloved customers because it's not in their best interest.  

My last and most important and beloved point, only small business can move with the speed and ingenuity that drastic market change requires, and as can be seen by far the vast majority of companies doing good and booming right now are small business, and God bless them as thats exactly what this country needs. 

It would be lovely to get names of 2 - 3 tech companies of significance (private or public) that have come out of Miami over the past decade.

To me, having a property manager managing all of your rentals would free up your time to do what you love and/or spend all the time you want with your beloved ones.
