The only thing that would be different is that Proper covers revenue loss + all the bells and whistles  I feel I don't need for 2x the cost - squatters/bed bugs.Any input on this from more experienced STR investors or others with insurance backgrounds please?

Something isn't quite adding up for me:-New builds selling for under 300k-4 bed 1800 sqft SFHs are leasing for ~$2500 / month with with less than 30 DOMThe dissonance comes from the rent:price ratios and asset quality.

The other thing to keep in mind is that you will have to keep a supply closer or room with your extra bedding and materials and a checklist for you cleaning person to run when they turn the unit, as well as a smooth process to screen, lease sign, and collect payment from the guest.

Hi,So I have a situation where Cuyahoga County records states my house has 2 beds but my house has 3 beds.

Prop 2: older single family house 2 bed 1 bath about 1100 sf.  5% down and monthly payment around 2500. 

Purchase price: $325,000 Cash invested: $4,300Duplex with 2 bed / 1 bath in each unit.

In 2020 I purchased a 1 bed & 1 bath condo and I have interest in pulling out the equity to use it to acquire another property to move into.
