If you haven't looked into the C-site dam, that will the largest job in Western canada if not canada going - oil's at a standstill which put s down the big four sites up north at maybe 60 percent man power if not less. c-site is a ten year ish job to. 

I currently live in Beaver County in a single family home.

You are only looking at about $44K per unit without a price reduction, that is pretty dam good, condition does matter because getting work done in boom towns is DAM expensive. 

But not exactly leave it to beaver suburbs either.

Where I live, there are high rises, longest retail avenue in the world with Ventura Blvd, apts, condos, dam, river and single family homes.
