That kind of "objection" is an analytical one and a survival-based comment that really says they either aren't comfortable  with you as the raiser or the deal itself.

In today's HOT real estate market, it's not smartest guy who gets the deal, it's not the most thorough, nor the most analytical, nor the ones with the most money...it's the one who knows the market intimately - so intimately that he/she knows a QUICK WAY to analyze deals.Case in point: last week of December last year, we found a 279-unit portfolio of apartment buildings from a private owner (off-market deals baby!).

I have have 4 rentals and multiple flips in the areas that I'm targeting, so I do have a good understanding of the market and analytics.

He is very analytical and more of a spreadsheets type of guy.

Our clients purchase investment properties (5 to 10 a month) without ever seeing anything but video walkthroughs and the analytics we provide, backed by property manager walkthroughs and evaluations.

Also got our weekly update from our title company that does analytical on sales and we went from slight sellers advantage to strong sellers advantage based on sales and lack of inventory.
