So Cal has a broad based economy, perfect year round weather, amusement parks, sporting events, universities, world class medical care, etc.

Just out of curiosity, what gave the impression that I am poor, I want to get rich quick, and the funds I am using are emergency funds?

I am using TurboTax.Do I:- refer to the original depreciation schedule and pick up at the level of depreciation that correctly accounts for the years it was a personal residence (even though I didn't claim depreciation in those years)?

I am using Turbo Tax Premier this year as I don't have a complicated tax return filing (couple of W2s, one K-1, small things here and there).
