Any good recommendations for the collection agency or any way to get the money back from the tenant or any way to report it to the credit bureau?

We do not verify identities, that would be a bigger lift than we are capable of currently, however it is against the rules to use a false identity per section 2.A of our website rules here https://www.biggerpockets.com/rulesSo anyone discovered using a false identity will be removed if they are reported to spam.

Not sure if I have to pay for the more advanced features for it to work better but want to get other thoughts before I start syncing data and have to turn back.Thanks!
