This is literally my first post and this is exactly the type of stuff I hope to learn by joining. 

Also since you focused on my credibility… I think it is a bit funny someone who joined the real estate world not too long ago and only been in the entrepreneur world 3 years questions my credibility.

In California the DRE does not require you to join any association.

A great way to start is by attending RE events and joining a local investors association.

This is not a literal team, and you don’t want to be blunt by like asking people to join your team.
