Investor Carrot uses Wordpress and Wix is a different platform.

If you want to build one I would go with Word Press either way, I would read Mark Simpsons book: the book direct playbook.

LTR, STR etc.It does take more work and tech chops, but you can hire out Wordpress designers for just a couple of bucks.

Bluehost is a good hoster with lots of tools to build your own site with tons of Wordpress widgets and the like.

Technically 1,000 investors could all be using InvestorCarrot in the same market if they wanted to... and they would all have the same advantages over building a site on wix, or godaddy, or squarespace, or building their own Wordpress site (if they're not experienced in how to properly setup and optimize a site for SEO and conversion rate performance), etc.

You could have a quick wordpress site created for a couple hundred dollars and just add pages as needed yoursite.com/house1, /house2, /house3, etc

We are using  Wordpress (DIVI) to build out the site and would love to find a simple plugin for WooCommerce or some other storefront that has the same features as a HomeAway, VRBO, Airbnb etc.
