As investors, we to be more than a one trick pony so we can pivot as market conditions change. 

The trick is to use leverage but not to over extend.  

The trick is knowing how to search and what to search.  

Any tips or tricks?

Very hard without the LLC not holding assets for collateral.There is a trick out there with getting company credit cards and then going to a company who will cash you out of those cards and those cards usually hold a very low APR or no APR for the first 12 months.I know someone who got 150k like that, BUT, what if you blow that money then you have that debt hanging over your head. 

While I do not think dressers per se are important, I think a well stocked closet with hangers and some sort of cubes/organizers in the closet can likely do the trick as well.

Its the biggest trick to grow

Just looking for some justification for not taking control of my life and taking action, seems like this should do the trick.
