Currently, a plan for Maps 3 is being laid out that, if approved, could provide for such things as light rail, a new convention center, etc.The crosstown elevated highway is also being torn down and moved south, and a street-level boulevard built in it's place.

This is elevated just because we wont do any contracts that are not $200 or more.-$120 If other projects in the house being done by amerikotes process and combined are 200 or more, add difference to 120 if the other jobs and the 120 still dont equal 200.

If condos have lower value or higher fees in your area, then you will pay less for it.One thing that hasn't been mentioned that was most annoying for me is rehabbing and having to deal with elevators and very close neighbors and common dumpsters etc.
