Seems like right now in my areas right now: Westchester County NY, New Haven County CT are just true shark territory and IM not a shark.....

I put my money in the coin slot and at that exact moment my body went stiff as a rock due to the ear piercing screech that went across the coming from what looked like an air plane but it had no color just the shape kinda like an airplane shadow.

It is other investors (professionals -often sharks), who would be my concern in a deal like this.

If you can bring value by taking the showings nobody wants, that are in time slots people don't want to work it'll be like pouring rocket fuel on your education.

You'll strengthen cash flow, have cash buying power for continued growth and open up 2 more slots for more property.

Not to discourage you, but we live in a shark infested investor area with a lot of transient tenants (higher ed/ medical) that drive investment prices. 

If they have an in person Event I could make that happen.It’s not about the time commitment per say it’s about the location and being able to get away and book those time slots off easier in person. 

The memory chips are soldered onto the main board rather than plugging them into a slot, so order it with the memory that you can afford.Backups are mission critical. 

Many sharks out there so vetting and asking questions is crucial.

I recommend cleaning it up well and having professional pictures taken for advertising, schedule showings on the same day or weekend in time slots, advertise through all means you can think of: Zillow, apartments.com, trulia, cozy etc.
