This includes interior and exterior preparation, staging (even if it's just de-cluttering and improving flow by removing/changing furniture), and professional grade photography - which can be done by the agent but takes skill. 

-plumbing & home improvement-cabinet & vanity building -buying and selling used cars -renting out construction equipment I own -my father wants to do photography on the side but doesn't want to start a business.

That's another reason for owner frustration with service providers who attempt to solicit  through the platform.To my knowledge, AirBnB stopped offering free photography some time ago at least in the markets that I'm in.

Our business (School Photography) has grown to the point that I believe that I can start pulling out about $35k-$50k per year to invest in real estate. 

After seeing a high demand in the area for studio rental space (photography, sketching, etc.) we have decided we want to pursue opening an art studio in this space.

I also have about $50k in unsecured credit available.My new business is in real estate photography and as a result I've made a lot of good relationships with key people I'd need on my team. 

In a few years when I have more passive income from future rentals and photography business, I can back and it’s ready to live in.
