I still don't know enough but I'm a learner (and usually a quick one) and I see me joining this amazing community as the first 'taking action' step.I put myself a short-term goal of becoming a long-distance owner of my first USA rental / flipping / wholesaling Real Estate property within the next 9 months.

This is great learner project. 

Above all, make sure your wife has the same perspective, because the best deal in the world doesn't make a difference if you can work with the guy and his idiosyncrasies if your wife sees things differently (experiential learner on this point  ;-)Regarding item 3, I would put it back on him and see what he is offering you, because in this scenario you hold the cards. 

Hey guys I’m new to the forum but a long time learner In the finance and investing space.

Lots of great books available, this podcast is AWESOME, and more information then you could consume in a lifetime so a little torn on whether to spend the money on the classes or not (they are relatively expensive but come with full step by step mentoring).I am a hands on learner so wanted to get everyone's thoughts on question above.  

I live in Florida, I am a quick learner, and I am open to any ideas.

I am green, but am a fast learner if anyone needs help with painting or laying tile etc.

Congratulations on getting interested in one of the best wealth-building strategies available at such a young age.Now that hopefully I've established my good will....the hard part.At this stage of the game, you're little more than a learner, same as we all were when we got started.
