There are two major gas players (parkers and enmarket) both within 2 blocks.   

I have a good buddy in Columbus he is one of the top " players" there owing about 260 props, not bad for a 35-year-old.

Many big players in the tech industry and expanding their business in the Columbus market and propelling job growth. 

Cleveland is a great market if you're looking for cash-flow deals and the Columbus market is rapidly growing as a result of some of the largest players in the tech industry expanding and growing their business here.

Of Course this is my opinion and experience but anything south of hwy 20 or West of downtown in my mind is to be avoided.. the other areas I mentioned are where investors want to go and not risk their financial life on a pocket or just because a property makes 50 or 100 more a month on PAPER.And I am not picking on Jackson I just have a ton of experience there and know most of the big players.
