I own several properties around Jacksonville from when I was stationed there and have a PM that I actually like so I wouldn't mind adding to my portfolio there for the right deal.

I do listen to excellent podcasts on Bigger Pockets and am currently in process of doing my second "buy and hold" deal most probably in Jacksonville FL.To all my knowledgeable friends here,  I want to say you do a  "Great Job" teaching others (through discussions) so that Real estate becomes a joyful adventure where newbie investors like me can gain from superb advice !!

Does anyone have a recommendation for an office to do Broker Price Opinions on residential multi-family (4-plexes) in the Jacksonville Florida area?

Hi Richard,I'm an out of state investor that has recently started buying properties in Jacksonville.

I'm excited about house hacking, but Southern Florida margins look too thin,  Jacksonville is hot but looks super-competitive with a lot of cash buyers, Orlando too expensive and Tampa looks  like  a maybe. 

Looking to purchase 3 homes in Jacksonville Fl totaling 180k plus 50k in rehab.Having trouble finding financing for homes under 100kIf there’s anyone that can help us with this issue that would be great

The primary cities that I'm considering right now are Jacksonville, Charlotte, or the Raleigh/Durham area. 

We just saw today a huge collection of homes listed for sale by owner in the Jacksonville Florida area!!!
