and as one ages like a fine wine you figure out that equity is your friend and limit your debt when you can … granted mathematically everyone should do 100% financing and never have an ounce of equity tied up.. but that's just mathematically.. in a down turn like what seems to be running through everyones minds these days because there are a few headline grabbing articles that scare people.. we then start to talk about what to do and how to be positioned...

So I didn’t get to inspect everything, but during inspection period will go over it with a fine toothed comb.We are rough estimated $20,000 in repairs but will redo that figure after next weeks inspection.Like I said this is my first one so I’m sure I’m leaving something out or forgetting something but will do the best I can.More soon, thanks

If this is the strategy I'd recommend asking around to see if you can find a buyer before making a final decision.

I'm in short vacation rentals here in Scottsdale, but i am also looking for network with others in the space.I come from a finance background and understand how to implement/improve systems. 

They have only sent a finance estimate with rate, term etc from their credit department. 

We signed a final walk through and I returned the security deposit in full.
