If you have a vacant property and pay me a property in disrepair and it's not feeding you income, you’re getting eaten up with property taxes with insurance, water bills, grass cutting, snow plowing, repairs and city violations.

These include (but not limited to) Utilities, HOA fees, Lawn care/Snow removal, accounting, legal, etc. 

I pay 16% for C/D manager, but that includes everything from showings to maintenance, lawn/snow, evictions, rent collection, vendors, minor repairs, rental ready.

Anyone know someone that does lawn care and snow removal for a decent price in the area???

Much better than a foot of snow in the winter in my opinion.

Buy 3 single family homes ( around $40k-$50k each) and then do a HELOC to get 3 more houses and continue with the snow ball effect.Or ask to a investors bank for a bigger loan using those $120k-$150k as down payment to buy rental properties of course.Thank you!
