hey folks, I need my driveway repaired and a gate installed any referrals would be greatly appreciated.  

What would your competitive advantage be using shipping containers compared with the competition using aluminum buildings with garage doors, a retail office, security gates, etc.?

Or "your yard guy" could let out a dog, leave a gate open, etc.

This set of tenants completely shocked us (trying to hide things they broke, then actually going as far as stating they left the home in better condition than when they moved in, the father had a verbal confrontation with a female neighbor, they were not paying for trash for over a year and were stuffing the neighbor's bins with their own trash, leaving piles on side yard behind gate, etc.).

You better be firm right out of the gate and get this under control 

I have a gated rental near the Campcreek market place and it stays full. 3/2 for 140 a night 3 night min.

It's signing up for huge unnecessary risk and uncertainty right out of the starting gate versus building easier wins in a neighborhood that is more predictably heading in the right direction. 

Looking to lock them into a 12 month lease in a few months, but not right out of the gate.

I just want to post about our property manager he is doing a great job out of the gate.
