@Anthony Finger Renting a new house should be legally allowed, unless it is a condo or coop that has some sort of renting restrictions.

I am also most there, and I say that with my fingers cross behind my back, hehehheheheheh.

None of this scattershot diarrhea of the fingers, this emo pleading for spoonfeeding and aversion to actually finding things out for yourself that all too many of your generation seem to be addicted to.

The property is 285000 as a reserve, but we are hoping we can get it for 270k since no one has bid on it in the last year (fingers crossed?)

Appraisal comes back this Friday, so fingers crossed.

Our fingers are tightly crossed, and I'm grateful to have found such a community to bounce things off of! 

Each deal has a finger print of it's own and one lender wont be a match for all.
