I am purchasing a property in Ohio and since I am unrepresented by an agent I am debating having the listing agent represent me as well.What do you think are the pros and cons of purchasing a property with dual agency?

kris over at anderson agency is solid. we use him for all of our policies. 

I'm a partner in an Independent Agency that represents Steadily along with many other companies. 

I could have him sign a buyers agency agreement that can only be done for three months and he can technically cancel anytime.

I like doing this because I know the listing agent can be more cooperative at times if they can do dual agency.

The agents I know that close a lot, often times become a dual agent in the transaction or already have an agent with a buyer lined up. 

We know that a dual fuel system would be more optimal, but the cost of running a gas line and venting is likely higher than adding another circuit for the heat strip.Furthermore, we are looking for recommendations for an HVAC installer in Chicago.
