Any luck purchasing 10k "Condemned" & "Burn Out" Homes?

I’ve had about 6 referrals so far in less than 2 weeks since I have done this.

In order to do so, I would need to do a cash out refinance of the first property, and was told I can pull out $80,000.

As it turns out, that information was not accurate.
