I have owned so many properties in NY that were long-term rentals and it is renter-friendly, but if you choose correctly, you won't really ever care.Meetups are a great way to add to podcasts and books.

What my question is is what do motel owners do when people book more than 30 days.

We also use Rental Guardian and add the charge to each booking so essentially the guest is paying for their own damage insurance.

It's your books to report how you want, and to me it's not not illegal at all to do what you are doing.

I highly recommend a book called Foreclosures Unlocked by Matthew Tortoriello and Kevin Shippee.  

Some say it increases bookings, while others mention concerns about damage and additional cleaning costs.
