I've done tons since then bought restaurants, created a marketing company and managed professional athletes.

She's on the athletic department staff at the Air Force Academy, so we'll be here for 3 years minimum.

The NIL program was put in place in 2021 after the Supreme Court ruled that college athletes could receive compensation.

@Aaron Mazzrillo to further your thought process10% of the fisherman catch 80% of the fish.. and when it comes to a rock star flyfisherman that number goes way higher.10 to 20% of all Real estate agents in a given office will make 70 to 80% of all the revenue, I know this for a fact as I have owned 4 brokerages over the years.There are only a certain amount of pro athletes who make it to the majors in any sports out of the millions that try.and on and on.. its the same in Real estate some do fabulous some do OK some flame out.. all in the same market with the same opportunities.

It’s no different than professional actors or athletes giving speeches telling graduates “pursue your dream, one day you too can win Oscar/Superbowl/…”.
