Well, I'm looking at a 24-unit deal, and I'd like to get some feedback from BP'ers, as I've never bitten off anything even close to this and my anxiety is up there a bit.* Pretty decent area, C++ to B- property, fully rented* 24 units in two buildings, 18000 SF, all nice-sized 2BR; brick exterior; 4 units on each of three levels per building.* Owned by busy small bank president, has been managed [poorly] by 82 year old father from 60 miles away.

We need help with eviction

My wife and I began renting a one-family house in New Jersey in February 1986 and have paid rent every month without fail and have maintained our tenancy as model tenants without incident. We had a one-year lease for the first year only after which time we never renewed and as such have been month-to-month tenants for over 24 years. Now our landlord wishes to sell the house and evict us, and it's causing stress and anxiety every day.I am here for information to learn if our landlord:1) must by law sell it to someone who will continue to rent to us; or2) will be able to force us out; or3) if this is a case that could go either way.New Jersey law states that one cause for an eviction action is when "the owner of a house or building with three or fewer apartments wants to move in or is selling the house or building to a buyer who wants to move in."

but with that healthy eating is important too. it is very important to work off anxiety, stress and similar negative impacts. thats why you can feel more balanced, relaxed, patient and that. the nutritions in the healthy foods also add to that. one important thing is that caffeine has negative effects actually, and promotes fatiquness and anxiety, and so should be avoided. i feel i better after having done soem exercise. and doing it in the morning is the perfect way to start the day. but then again, i do it when it fits in my day.:)

I do not think any of the posters want anything other than what is best for the country.I do agree with you that there are some dumb media people who make ill-informed pronouncements in a strident tone and stir up a lot of anxiety.
